Genesis Energy
Project Overview
The Schoolgen program was initiated by Genesis Energy, one of
New Zealand's largest energy retailers, to educate school children
about solar energy. Schools participating in the program receive
solar panels and equipment to monitior solar energy generated at
the school.
Brown Paper Bag worked closely with Genesis energy to develop a
website that allows schools to access real-time solar energy data.
The website displays this data in a simple, easy to comprehend
format and provides additional information with profile pages for
each school involved.
